Craig Gallagher - President and CEO
Among Tampa Florida new home builders, Craig Gallagher is a visionary. Craig brings an impressive combination of entrepreneurial ingenuity and inspiring leadership to his work. Starting with a distinguished US Army career as a troop leader, he was honorably discharged after being wounded while defending the United States as a sergeant in the 82nd Airborne in the Middle East. Following his military service, he built and repositioned two companies and was the marketing inspiration behind the national pepper spray for the general consumer. He has received significant recognition for his part in the foundation and leadership of Lexington Homes, Inc., and Xecutive Custom Homes. With over 1,000 homes completed, it was particularly gratifying for him to be a Featured Builder on ABC’s Extreme Makeover and being able to contribute to the special needs of a selected Florida family. Craig has received many awards for his humanitarian contributions, design excellence and energy efficient building. In 2005, the city of St. Petersburg, Florida, declared May 9th as “Craig Gallagher Day” to honor his leadership in uniting the building community, and the company received a citation from Governor Bush declaring them the “Preeminent Builder in West Central Florida.” Last year alone, he accepted fifteen awards in three Florida counties. A true leader in his field as well as in the community, Mr. Gallagher has been featured on three hours of prime time network television and his career achievements were featured as the cover story in the May, 2007 issue of American Executive magazine.

Michele J. Nichols – Design and Director of Sales and Marketing
Michele Nichols has been part of the new home industry in Florida for over 25 years. She brings an innate talent in sales and design to the building team. Michele has been honored with many awards for sales, marketing and home design. A few of her many accomplishments are Millpond Village, River Ridge and Lexington Homes in New Port Richey, Baypoint Village Retirement Community in Hudson and North Shore Retirement Community in St. Petersburg. Her experience shows her dedication to her profession and is of great value to her new home clients.

Curt Morgan- Architectural Designer Curtis Morgan has been a residential and light commercial designer with nearly twenty years of design experience. He has owned and operated architectural design firms since 1989. Curt has designed models for many builders including Lexington Homes, Westfield Homes, and Chippendale Custom Homes. He has overseen the design and production of several thousand permit ready plans for eleven Florida counties. Parade of Homes has recognized his model designs with nearly one hundred awards including "Best Overall Design", "Best Elevation", "Best Kitchen", and "Best Master Bath". Curt was chosen to design the ABC Extreme Home Makeover home for the Dolan family in St. Petersburg in May of 2005. He specializes in the design of new custom homes for private clients and local builders seeking the next level in home design.
