Gallagher Family Homes began as the vision of Craig Gallagher, a renowned custom home builder in the Greater Tampa Bay area. Prior to opening the doors at Gallagher Family Homes, Craig was president of a prominent Florida Home Builder for 10 years. After he and his partner to over a 100 million dollar company, Craig sold his share to his partner and joined with his sons to create Gallagher Family Homes.

As a young man Craig worked with his father in the newspaper business. Working together forged a relationship that went beyond father and son; it became a deep lasting friendship with great respect for each other. Craig developed a strong work ethic in those early years that he carries on today and has instilled in his sons. He has put his family name behind his company.

What motivated Craig to establish Gallagher Family Homes was to start a family legacy of building quality homes that his sons would continue with pride and success. “I would like my sons to follow in my foot steps and become professional builders. They may not want to, but I want to give them every opportunity”. Like their father was, the Gallagher boys are very active in school sports, community, and a love for the outdoors. Ryan, Colin, and Connor are active in football, cross country track, baseball and weightlifting. Camping, fishing and boating are just a few sports they all enjoy as a family.
